How Pay Worksآلية الراتب

Every staff member has a guaranteed minimum monthly wage — you are never paid less than this, regardless of how the month goes.يحصل كل موظف على حد أدنى مضمون للراتب الشهري — لن يُصرف لك أقل من هذا المبلغ مهما كان أداء الشهر.

On top of that, a generous, uncapped commission scheme rewards the services and products you deliver — the better you perform, the more you earn, with no ceiling.بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هناك نظام عمولة مجزٍ وبدون سقف يكافئ الخدمات والمنتجات التي تقدمها — كلما كان أداؤك أفضل، زاد دخلك دون حد أقصى.

Each month you're paid whichever is greater — the guaranteed wage or your commission. The two are never added together; the higher one is what you take home.كل شهر يُصرف لك الأعلى من الاثنين — الراتب المضمون أو العمولة. لا يُجمع المبلغان أبدًا؛ ما تحصل عليه هو الأعلى فقط.

Exact figures and commission tiers for your role are confirmed in your Offer Letter and Commission Appendix. Health & safetyالصحة والسلامة

Working hoursساعات العمل
